‘The Voice’ goes virtual with the launch of the Voice Studios in the Metaverse

The Voice enters the Metaverse with the debut of the Voice Studios. This new interactive platform allows fans to produce music, exhibit dance moves, and audition for future seasons.

ITV Studios to create the Voice Studios in the Metaverse

According to a recent announcement, the popular television program “The Voice” will be exploring the Metaverse. An interactive platform called “The Voice Studios” will be launched by its creators on May 12. It will provide viewers with new experiences like the chance to compose music, perform dance routines, fight in battles, and even try out for upcoming seasons.

“The Voice Studios” was developed by ITV Studios, a British international television production and distribution firm, in collaboration with Virtual Brand Group (VBG), a company focused on Metaverse development.

The launch has been coordinated to coincide with “The Voice” Season 23 in NBC’s final few weeks. The 148 variants of the largest popular reality show are presently airing.

Voice Studios will be accessible to everyone for free on the Decentraland Metaverse platform and integrated into the entertainment complex in Vegas. The venture, also curated by VBG, was a fruitful virtual pop-up for The Voice at the Decentraland Metaverse Festival.

Fans will get the chance to learn how to audition for the series in a specially created NBC Metaverse fan zone. On top, they’ll have a chance to win limited-edition virtual clothing.

The Voice Studios to launch interactive experiences in the Metaverse

The platform will launch five interactive experiences. The games that fall under this category are Music Maker, Musical Treasure Hunt, Dance Off, Rhythm Challenge, and Music Quiz. Fans’ votes will select the winner in each category, and participants can compete alone or with friends. Fans can unlock more features as they interact with the game’s content and gameplay.

Lucie Stoffers, the head of the Brand Licensing for ITV Studios, stated:

“While very few people get to be in a studio where ‘The Voice’ is being recorded, let alone receive a tailored gift from their favorite coach, it will now be possible for all fans to get access and have fun in this new immersive experience”,
