Educational technology leader Open Campus has joined forces with Cloudco Entertainment’s beloved Care Bears franchise to develop educational games on climate change. The collaboration aims to educate a new generation of learners about climate change and environmental conservation, leveraging the educational game platform, TinyTap.

The partnership seeks to tap into the Care Bears’ enduring messages of sharing, caring, friendship, and courage, imparting these values to young learners through interactive gaming. Open Campus will utilize the Care Bears’ intellectual property to produce games that educate children about environmental conservation and proactive measures to safeguard the planet.
The games aim to provide a fun, interactive educational experience while simultaneously emphasizing crucial lessons on sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Deeper engagement through NFTs
Interestingly, the partnership is also exploring the integration of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to augment the educational experience. The application of Publisher NFTs, Open Campus’s advanced content tokenization engine, and a series of co-branded digital collectibles may unlock novel ways of engaging children in learning about climate change.
