F1 Racer and OKX Exchange Oversee a Futuristic Partnership with the cyberpunk Helmet Takeover

OKX, one of the world’s top digital assets and derivative exchanges, has presented a contemporary design acquisition of Daniel Ricciardo’s racing helmet for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

The Alliance

The headgear represents OKX and the renowned Formula 1 racer Daniel Ricciardo’s forward-thinking relationship. OKX is always looking ahead, striving to lead and accelerate growth in cryptocurrency trading as well as improving metaverse and web3 experiences. Daniel’s helmet reveals how bright the future is for the two parties and the entire crypto community.

The OKX’s colorful form and aesthetic are retained in the design. The neon pink appearance pays homage to the McLaren x OKX ‘Future Mode’, where the racer secured a massive win at this season’s Singaporean Race. The Race marked the biggest win of the year for both the McLaren and OKX squad.

The crown of the helmet displays an OKX logo designed in calligraphy that reinforces the design. The colorful design of this helmet serves as a marketing tool for OKX exchange on Formula 1 lovers.

Citing the helmet takeover, Daniel Ricciardo stated that the new design of the headgear aligns perfectly with the racer’s strong will and determination to win races. The fomurla 1 pilot also mentioned the wide range of untapped opportunities in the virtual world that OKX plans to help its customers explore:

“The final Race with McLaren means so much to me. The futuristic design takeover with OKX on my helmet aligns with exactly the mindset I wanted to go into this Race with – looking ahead to the future. There are so many fun opportunities in the Web3 space, and OKX is the perfect partner to explore them with. Plus, I now have a cyber-punked honey badger… what’s not to love?!”

OKX, as well as other centralized exchanges (CEXs), are taking advantage of the recent FTX debacle to garner more users and fill the void left by SBF, the founder and former CEO of FTX.

More Sporting Partnerships in the Digital World

A lot has been happening in the world of sports as far as NFT, Metaverse, and web3 fields are concerned. Just recently, two of the world’s best players collaborated with entities offering products and services relating to virtual experiences. Cristiano Ronaldo, a 5-time Ballon d’Or winner and currently playing for Manchester United, recently partnered with Binance, the largest crypto exchange, to launch a CR7 NFT collection.

On the other hand, Lionel Messi, an Argentine currently playing for France football club Paris Saint Germain allied with Sorare, a leading web3 fantasy football game developer. The alliance identified Messi as a Sorare brand ambassador, and the parties will be involved in developing fresh content and fan experiences in the virtual space.

Messi and Ronaldo are the most famous sportsmen in the current football arena. Their massive social appearances face millions of fans all over the world. Such partnerships put Binance and Sorare among the top companies spearheading for mass adoption of digital products.
